Choosing Presence: A Day of Stillness, Sound, and Self”

Today feels like one of those rare, perfectly aligned moments where everything slows down just enough for me to truly breathe it all in. I took my practice outside, letting nature hold space for me as I meditated under the open sky. The gentle breeze, the warmth of the sun, and the quiet rhythm of the world around me created the perfect environment to reconnect with my energy and intuition.

As a tarot reader, I’m always reminding others to pause and listen inward—but today was a reminder for myself. Sitting in stillness, I allowed my thoughts to settle like dust, making room for clarity, peace, and subtle messages from within.

I also brought along my new panda drum, and what a beautiful addition it turned out to be. Its soft, grounding tones seemed to echo the heartbeat of the earth itself. Each note carried intention, helping me deepen my meditation and open my energy in a gentle, nurturing way. There’s something incredibly healing about combining sound with stillness—it creates a flow that words can’t quite capture.

Moments like this remind me that spiritual work doesn’t always have to be intense or structured. Sometimes it’s simply about being present, enjoying the day, and allowing joy to be part of the practice. Whether it’s through tarot, meditation, or music, connection comes in many forms.

Today, I chose peace. I chose presence. And I chose to let myself just be.

I hope you find a moment today to step outside, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your own energy.
